Our standard delivery is to UK mainland postcodes excluding North Scotland and Scottish Highlands.

Deliveries to North Scotland, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and offshore Islands, will require an additional delivery surcharge, advised by email following your order and confirmation of address.

Please ensure your correct delivery address is saved to your eBay account or you advise us accordingly at the time of order.

We aim to delivery your order within 2 working days although due to high order volume in certain sales periods, please allow 4 days before contacting us. We will attempt to email you if we become aware of any unexpected delay receiving your order.

Each order will be attempted to be delivered twice. Failed deliveries after this can be delivered to you at an extra cost or you have the option to collect from your nearest courier depot. (Details advised on request).

Should you advise any special delivery requirements, such as leaving your order at your house or with a neighbour, this option is available at your own risk. Please email us any such instructions including name and delivery address in order to identify your order.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return in the original packaging within 14 days to the below advised address.

Items must be returned carriage paid, i.e. return carriage / postage is paid for by the buyer

On receiving and checking the return, a refund or credit will be issued by the same method as the payment was made.

The included initial delivery cost will not be refunded as we would have already been charged for this.

If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you ordered, again please return it to us within 14 days and we will give you a full refund or replacement. Including postage and packaging.

Breakages

Please do not reject any parcels because you believe the goods inside are broken. Unfortunately due to the nature of the glass goods, occasional breakages will occur in transit.

Following photographic evidence of any collected or received breakages, we will immediately arrange to send you a new consignment.

Please advise us of any breakages within 3 days of collecting or receiving your goods.

The majority of the glass we supply is manufactured in the UK, although from time to time we have to source from European manufacturers in order to meet our customers' requirements.
