This is a heavy ashtray for its size, weighing 14 ounces and measuring about 3.5 inches tall by 4 inches wide. It has been used, as shown, 

The man is riding bareback and is carrying a long pole. The elephant is walking, with his trunk up (lucky). The metal is not magnetic. Painted a light brown color, with some paint chips/loss as shown. Ashtray been used. Very interesting piece.
