- You can buy more than one plan of same country and stack them. Buy 10GB/30D with 20GB/30D would give you combined 20GB.

- No additional cost to use mobile data plan is any of mentioned countries in the package.

2.      Can I install one eSIM on several devices?

- Each eSIM, activation can only be done only on single device at one time. Transferable to other device but you must remove from currently installed device. Only you can do this.

3.      I change my phone, can I use same eSIM ?

- Yes the eSIM is transferable. You just need to remove the eSIM in old phone, and rescan the QR code to new phone.

4.      Do I need different eSIM for different country?

-  One world one eSIM technology, with this you can keep one eSIM for one device for any global destination. Just buy necessary data package for your travel destination.

5.      How to install the eSIM to your phone ?

- Ensure you have the QR code, and your phone is connected to any wifi network for eSIM QR code activation. You can only activate once, on one phone.

6.      How long does it take to configure eSIM or new eSIM on my device?

- Typical installation required 30-60 seconds, depending on your internet speed. All done automatically upon QR code scan. Please turn on your data roaming option.

7.      Is personal hotspot or tethering supported?

- Yes our eSIM technology do support use of personal shotspot or tethering. Consult your phone manual.

8.      How fast the network speed provided?

- We do not throttle the network speed. It all depends on the available network you’re connected with, 2G to 3G to 4G/LTE and even 5G.

9.      Available data bundles?

-  We start from 1GB data bundles which valid for 7 days and 3GB/5G/10GB/20GB which valid for 30 days use, comes with multi-country roaming standard.

10.   Which roaming country is supported?

- This depends on initial package of data that you have purchased. We will provide you with the list.

11.   When the 7 or 30 days validity period starts?

- Your data validity starts from first use of the eSIM data bundle, i.e. first 1kb used.

12.   What happens to unused data?

- Data purchase would expire upon completion of 7 or 30 days, depending on which package was purchased.

13.   Does data purchase valid for only one country?

- With our eSIM technology, data purchased can be used within multiple roaming countries. Do check the package you purchase comes with which specific list of countries for all-inclusive roaming price. One eSIM valid for multiple countries. Simply buy more data bundles as you need.

14.   Does eSIM comes with phone number?

- This service is for DATA-only service, no SMS and no direct phone numbers. You can make phone calls with other services such as VOIP, WhatsApp, Skype, Facetime and other phone-app based services. In short, internet-based messaging and calling services. We are only providing internet data connectivity.

15.   How soon can I get my eSIM?

- Our sales support will reach you within 24 hours of order and payment made with necessary configuration details. All be communicated via registered email.

16.   How do I install my eSIM?

- Apple iPhone: go to Settings >  Cellular or Mobile Data. Click “Add Cellular Plan”,  “Add Data Plan” or "Add eSIM" to start add a new eSIM into your phone by following the prompt show on the screen. Visit Apple eSIM support page here.

- Android phone (Samsung): go to Settings > Connections > SIM Card Manager. Click  “Add mobile plan” to start add a new eSIM into your phone by following the prompt show on the screen.

- For other makes, please check your phone manual for eSim installation.

- Note : No further configuration required once you have installed your eSIM, except Data Roaming-On or Data Roaming-Off.

17.   I have existing eSIM installed in my phone, how?

- Phones depending on generation, allow for more than single eSIM card configured on the phone. Typically, a single eSIM of many that you have can be activated while others be turned off temporarily. Some models do allow dual-eSIM to be active at any single time. Please check with your device/phone manual.

18.   I'm done using the data, can I remove the eSIM?

- Yes you can remove the eSIM. 

19.   My dataplan is expired or finished. Do I need new eSIM or just a top up purchase is sufficient?

- You can simply top-up your eSIM by purchasing additional data bundles. The eSIM are valid for period of 12 months from last top-up.
