-This item is printed on white self-adhesive vinyl with a glossy finish.

-The item will be sent in sheet form, pre-cut if necessary, to fit the envelope.

-Typically, this item will be created and shipped within 1-2 business days upon receiving payment. We are pleased to offer rush order services as well. If you require your order to be expedited, we will ship it within 1 calendar day. However, please note that rush orders incur an additional fee. -Standard post, which is free of charge, typically takes 4-7 business days for delivery (excluding 1-2 business days turnaround time). If you prefer faster delivery, express post is available as an option. Express post usually takes 2-4 business days for delivery (excluding 1-2 business days turnaround time). You can select express post during the checkout process.
-Please note that our vinyl is not suitable for high-pressure car washing. Additionally, to prevent the adhesive from becoming milky, please avoid wet application.
-Please take note that if you are planning to use the product internally, it is important to consider that many walls are painted with finishes that have a Teflon coat. In such cases, vinyls may have difficulty adhering to acrylic painted walls, especially if they have been recently painted or contain Teflon in the paint. We recommend conducting a suitability test on the wall prior to installation to ensure proper adhesion.
Delivery
We ship all items exclusively within Australia. All orders will be dispatched via Australia Post at no additional cost within 1-2 business days upon receiving payment. If you require rush order services, kindly reach out to us for more details prior to placing your order.

Please be aware that there might be occasional delays with Australian Post regarding order deliveries. If the estimated delivery date shown on eBay is close to the day when the items must arrive, we highly recommend selecting Express Post after checking out to ensure timely delivery.
Prior to making your payment, please ensure that your postal address is accurate. In the event that the item is returned to us by Australia Post due to an incorrect postal address, there will be a charge for a second delivery or, if you prefer to cancel the order, a partial refund will be issued. However, please note that if the item is lost due to an incorrect postal address, no refund can be issued.
If there is no one available at your residence, your item will be delivered to the nearest post office for your convenience. Please make sure to collect it promptly and bring your identification along for verification. If the item remains unclaimed after 10 business days, it will be returned to us. In such cases, a second delivery will incur postage charges or, if you prefer to cancel the order, only a partial refund can be issued. It is important to note that if the item is lost due to no one claiming it, no refund can be issued.
Returns & Refund
To initiate a return, please contact us before proceeding. It is essential to return the items within 30 calendar days from the ship date received, ensuring that they are unused and still have all original tags/labels attached.
Upon receipt of the returned item and confirmation that it meets the specified conditions, we will issue a refund for the purchase price through your original payment method. Please note that if your reason for returning is a change of mind, Express Postage (if applicable) cannot be refunded. If you decide to return an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for any associated return costs. However, if the item is faulty or incorrectly described (we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused), we will refund the purchase price, Express Postage (if applicable), and cover the return costs.
