Vintage 1965 Hofner President E2 Blonde Electric Guitar w/ Original Case *1960s*

This is a real beauty of a guitar - an early 1965 Hofner President E2 with the 2x staple pickups. The sound on this thing is awesome - it's one of the nicest sounding Hofner guitars I've played in some time! It has been well looked after, with very little to report. However, the previous owner from new dropped this back in the day and the headstock broke. He did a crude job of repairing it so when I got it, my luthier made sure it was sturdy by re-glueing the break. It is now as hard as a rock! These guitars are truly special and some of my favourite Hofner guitars to play. Comes with a nice original cover / case that fits perfectly from new.
