This recent find is from the estate of a Hobby and Antiques Store Owner who had a huge collection of antique ephemera relating to a wide variety of topics. This listing is a 10 piece collection of receipts relating to Tobacco, Cutlery, Knives, Clocks and Jewelry - Pieces date from 1869-1883. Receipts feature some unique logos/letterheads and include Domestic Cigars and Fine HAVANA "Segars." The Hobby and Antiques Store Owner had a full box of ephemera from the Joseph Adams Estate. In addition to being the President of the First National Bank of Fairhaven, VT, he was also a prominent wealthy businessman including lumber and stone (marble and slate), Mercantile/Clothier/Dry Goods Stores. All items are in Great condition with some expected age and use wear.
