Vector Portable Heater

Never used Vector 200 Watt portable 12 volt DC heater, provides instant warmth in the coldest condiitons, defrosts windows, mounts on dashboard, and plugs into vehicles 12 volt power outlet (cigarette lighter). It measures 5" x 7", and is in excellent condition, still sealed in package.
