Vintage Georgia USA 1 1/2 cent cigar and cigarette tax stamps, lot of 7, not torn apart. I am not a stamp collector, so I'm not sure if I can answer any questions about these. They were found inside an old cigar box, have flaws as you can see from the photos. They have curling, fading and discoloration. Sold as is.
