I have just arrived back from Bali and these were given to me from the Palm Living villas i stayed in each time, so are genuine, all the way from Bali. 

The tag states the name, if you wanted to gift the item and did not want the tag on it can easily be removed as there is a nice hessian wool tie attached with the neck piece. I do have one for myself and love the neck tie piece, holds it into position well. It is also quite a thick fabric not flimsy.
