The "500 Series" model with ample space and smartness, somewhere between a dreadnought and a grand auditorium, is equipped with a tube-equipped preamplifier!

The original BODY SHAPE has a smart look that does not make you feel its size, while ensuring sufficient capacity.

The top is made of spruce and the sides and back are made of sapele.

Non-scalloped X-bracing is applied, and clean Avalon is used for the rosette.

Double saddles and asymmetrical NECK grips are familiar to Takamine guitars.

The scale is 644mm, and the nut width is slim at 42mm, but it is firm and thick. Furthermore, the asymmetrical NECK (asymmetrical) provides excellent sound and playability!

Both BODY and NECK have a glossy gloss finish.

The CTP-3(TDP) preamplifier is Takamine's latest preamplifier, which uses a low voltage of 6V (4 AA batteries) to drive the vacuum tube, suppressing the heat generated during drive and allowing it to be mounted on the guitar body. The warm and harmonic sound produced by the use of vacuum tubes in the amplification circuit allows the natural resonance of an acoustic to be expressed. In addition to the COOL TUBE, which adjusts the drive rate of the vacuum tube, the FREQ (frequency response) control allows you to set the frequency to be compensated by the MID control. A NOTCH filter that allows you to cut the feedback point as desired and a variety of other control functions. A convenient tuner function is also provided!
