Used and appear to be working. One set stays lit, while the other set blinks. I am not sure if it’s because it has a blinking bulb or what. From what I understand these lights appear to be vintage. There is one fish missing from each string of lights. And some of the fish are loose. There may be a blurb out that needs replaced.
