Plug not included unless pictured on the image from the drop down menu for the particular power block you have selected, but you should be able to swap over your old one. Or we have a selection for the UK plug/ power lead alone, so you can pick this up as well if required.

Please check carefully that your original power brick is the identical model number to the one we have for sale - Microsoft made lots of different console models/ variations and each was produced with its own bespoke power brick. They are NOT interchangeable unlike say the Sony PS3 power leads for example, so its important you select the correct replacement. You'll be able to see the model no on your own power brick on the label at the back and also the output dc.

If you don't have the power brick, send us a message with the model number of your Xbox 360 and we can check which one you need - normally we try to get back to queries the same day.

If you are unsure - send us a message and we can send you more info including a pic of the end connector which plugs into your console.

NO REFUNDS if you buy the wrong model as these are big and heavy items to ship out - please check at the outset that you have got the correct item to avoid any disappointment. We are always happy to assist promptly with queries.
