This is a reasonable replica of an artist's palette, manufactured in Playscale (Barbie) (1:6) scale by "International Miniatures".  The colorful wooden palette features 4 (solid metal) paint brushes, 2 paint cups and a painter's knife (all attached) and is 2 1/4" long x 1 3/4" wide x 1/2" tall.  This is a darling accessory for the 1:6 (Barbie scale) artist's studio and appropriate for adult collectors of dollhouse miniatures.  Thanks for looking!
