DEPT 56 Halloween Village "PHANTOM OF THE ORGAN" 2003-2006 RETIRED. Condition is Used. Candelabra lights up, skeleton eyes do not light up and hands do not move. Also, the music doesn't play.  See photos. Original box included but original foam packaging missing. Item will be wrapped in bubble wrap.
