Condition: The neck is almost straight.

There is plenty of room to adjust the neck both tightening and loosening the remaining rod.

The neck has been adjusted to an almost flat condition.

String height is approx. 2.2mm on the 1st string and approx. 2.5mm on the 4th string at the 12th fret.

The accessory is a genuine soft case. No warranty card or instruction manual is included.
