I take pride in everything I do, that's a promise! Your product will be perfectly engraved, engraving will be deep and crystal clear (super fine lines, with no jagged edges ever!).
Once I am happy with the engraving, I will finish your product between 2-5 times, with several cleaning processes between to remove any residue from the finishing process (this may include ultrasonic and steam cleaning). Finally, when I am happy with the product, engraving, and finish of your special keepsake, I will carefully take a video showing the final finish and quality (this is for my records).
Your product will be carefully bagged for further protection, before being packed and posted.
