With immediate effect, your QR code will need to be scanned when collecting in person.  This is supplied by eBay when payment is made.

Messages & Questions

As we are a business, messages sent during the weekend or after working hours may not be answered immediately, but we will respond when back to work.  

Body panels

They May have a few age related scratches, scuffs etc, I usually describe them to the best I can in the description above so we don't have any disagreements, most panels are collection only.

Engines

As part of our warranty given on engines we do insist that new timing belts/chain kits must be fitted, otherwise your guarantee will be void, any ancillaries included will be included without warranty only the engine block and head will be sold with warranty.

Feedback

We value our eBay store and endeavour to offer excellent service and value for money, however sometimes we get it wrong. Please contact us to resolve any issues before leaving negative feedback, most issues are easily resolved.

Payment

We prefer payment by PayPal please within 3 days of purchase.  

If we have not received funds, an unpaid item case will be automatically opened by eBay on our behalf. 

Returns

All of our items that are sent recorded delivery please check your items condition before signing any courier documentation. If any damage is found please refuse the item. Any item found to be damaged after signing will not be refunded unless the item is faulty or damaged in any way other than the courier please contact us immediately.

Exchange will be given where possible. We will resolve the problem immediately and effectively, making sure that you are 100% happy with anything we do.

If exchange is not possible from ourselves, a full refund will be given, once it has been agreed and arranged between ourselves.

Please do not return items until arrangements have been put in place

All our items do hold a specify marking from ourselves and pictures are taken before there sent so once checked, the funds will be refunded to yourself.

Unless otherwise stated, we offer a 14 day return period. Please check your item within 14 days notifying us of any problems. Returns after 14 days will not be accepted.

Postage Items

We offer evri postage on smaller items and Parcelforce for the remainder unless a pallet is needed Signature upon delivery is required in both cases.

Collection Items

We need a phone call notice of any collection, so we can ensure item is ready for collection.

When collecting an item, it is your chance to check the condition etc. to make sure you are happy.

 If you choose to send third party couriers to collect on your behalf and you decide on inspection of the item you are not happy - it is your responsibility to return the item.

WE WILL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, REFUND COURIER FEES.

Collection in person items should be collected within 4 days of the sale date. 

Collections are from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm. However we can open up most days until 10pm if spoken to and arranged before hand.

Warranty & Guarantee

Many of our items (advertised as used) have come from damaged vehicles. These items are tested (to the best of our ability) and any obvious defects described in the listing. These items are not sold with any warranty or guarantee unless stated.
