RETURNS POLICY
If you are not happy with your purchase please
return the item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. The
entire amount paid will be refunded via Paypal. Any and all costs for postage
returns will not be refunded. Any damage caused to the manufacturer's packaging
will result in rejection of the return, this includes the manufacturer's seal
being broken.
If your item is
faulty or you have received the incorrect product please contact us immediately
using the eBay messaging system.

Get Your Part Fixed Service: Our Get Your Part Fixed Service is simple. Click the "Get Your Part Fixed Service" link followed by clicking "Buy it now". Please note before Get Your Part Fixed Service can take place you must send your faulty item together with a copy of your eBay order details or PayPal receipt to Returns MaxflameUK, 15 Fowberry Crescent, Fenham, Newcastle upon tyne, NE4 9XH. Once we are in receipt of your PCB, Fan or Diverter valve we will dispatch a replacement the next working day.
Direct Sale: Direct sale means you buy the item outright and there is no need to send us your faulty part.
Advance
Replacement Service: If you would like to receive your
reconditioned part first, please select the "Advance Replacement
Service". The part you are returning, must be INTACT, with NO CRACKS or
DAMAGE, which are beyond repair. If the part is beyond repair, then the
deposIt will not be refunded.
How
to re-claim your deposit: Deposits
must be reclaimed within 30 days of your purchase. You will need to send your
faulty part together with a copy of the invoice we provided you and send it to
MaxflameUK, 15 Fowberry Crescent, Fenham, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 9XH.
Deposits: Deposits will be refunded using your original method of payment. Please note customers will need to pay for postage and packaging for the return of the faulty part.
NOT IN WARRANTY:
Parts fitted by non Gas Safe Registered persons, broken, cracked, burnt
or water damaged parts are excluded from warranty service.
