Description:
Now many EPROM chips of motherboards, routers, set-top boxes, LCDs, game consoles, etc. are SOP16, 16-pin SMD packages, soldered on the circuit board. To program and update, you need to remove the chip and connect it to the writer, and it must be soldered back to the motherboard when the programming is over.
In this way, high temperature welding back and forth can easily damage the chip, and may lose the programmed data and damage the motherboard. This SOP16 Test Clip saves the welding process, can make refreshing the BIOS easier and more efficient.

NOTE:
Open the clip and clamp the chip from both sides; separate the clamp from left and right, and then remove it.
(Please do not forcibly insert or pull out the clip, it is easy to wear the pin chuck or damage the chip)

Package Includes:
1x SOP16 Test Clip
SOP16 Test Clip saves the welding process, can make refreshing the BIOS easier and more efficient.
Suitable for 25 Series Wide and Narrow Body Chips, Supports 150MIL-300MIL SOP16 Chips.
Hardened ABS clip, thick gold-plated layer processing Pin connector, 40cm connection line, stable connection.
NOTE: The chip soldered on the circuit board will be affected by the peripheral circuit, and it is also related to the programmer used, so some boards may not be able to program online. There is no guarantee that all the chips on the board can be successfully identified. For the unrecognized board, the chip can only be removed for programming.
