Remington Graduate Typewriter.

This was purchased in the 1960’s, and hasn’t been used in the last 50 years or so.

A few of the keys stick but it does work, probably needs a service or something.

I came across it when clearing my late father’s property.

I typed the letters and numbers on the paper before advertising it.
