Condition wise - The mixing/ paddle part is missing. I cannot tell if this is in working order or not but when you plug in makes a buzzing sound but not doing anything physically so whether it would turn/ spin with the attachment on? This is old used worn condition and the metal dish is quite scratched/ tatty.  The electric part has had a once over clean but there is staining around white part - please see all photos.
