Comes with manufacturers original warranty but this was from a long time ago. Seiko built these and they may or may not honor the warranty. We offer a 90 days seller's warranty, which
is from us. It is informal. After issuing an R/A, we
agree to repair any defect reported within 3-months and delivered to us
within 15 days after R/A is issued. Buyer pays return shipping and we
pay shipping to send it back. (For out of the USA, we would charge shipping back to international destination for warranty repair).
We
install a new battery in every quartz watch and do a full quality
control before it ships. While it is very rare, if the watch fails final
Q/C for any reason and we do not have a second one in stock, we may
offer the buyer a substitute (with their permission only) and if all
else fails, we will promptly refund the full price at once.
