🎈Your mug will be wrapped and posted in a fully recyclable postage box in order to reduce plastic waste and minimise any possible damages. Please note - this mug is not supplied with a gift box.

Please ensure you double check all spellings as we are unable to refund or replace your order if the text is entered incorrectly at checkout.
We do not impose a character limit on any personalisation, therefore longer text may be slightly smaller sized than the examples shown in the listing, but we will always aim to make the text size as large as possible.
Due to the differences in font sizes, it may be necessary to alter the main image placement slightly in order to maximise the print area available for text – by proceeding with the order, you are agreeing to this alteration should it be required.
🎁 Processing and Delivery Time 🎁
Unless otherwise stated, all orders have a processing time of 1-3 working days. Once items are made, they are then dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. The estimated delivery time for this service is 2-3 working days from date of posting (this estimate is provided by Royal Mail - it is not guaranteed).
If you require your order earlier than the estimated times, you have the option to upgrade your order for a small additional fee. This 'bumps' your order to the top of the processing pile and it will then be sent using 1st class service. If you need your order in a rush, please select the Express Delivery option to ensure your order is processed and posted as soon as possible. We cannot be responsible for any postal delays which are beyond our control.
