Return Policy - 30-Day Return- Money Back. Shipping is paid both ways by the buyer (in case of free shipping, a $25 shipping charge will be deducted), the item must be received in the same condition as it arrived, unaltered, with all labels, etc attached.

- Make sure the item you return is in its original condition, unaltered, with all labels, tags attached, and packaging included.

- We strongly suggest using a traceable and insured method of shipping.

- Before returning anything by mail to us, you first must obtain a Return Authorization ("RA")

Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Items such as Final Sale and Clearance items, Underwear, Swimwear, Sunglasses, and Fragrance cannot be returned.
