• This product is a factory second, and may exhibit minor scratches or other minor blemishes on the outside that does not affect the working of the product.

• Buyer must settle down the payment within 4 days after item is purchased. 
• Please help us to identify your bank deposit by including your eBay Member ID and/or item number in your transaction reference.

POSTAGE AND HANDLING (TRANSIT INSURANCE INCLUDED)

• Item will not be shipped until full payment has been received.
• For all Domestic deliveries please allow up to 10 working days for delivery
• pandselectronics is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damages to any goods.
• If your item was damaged on arrival or was non-functional within the 7 days from the date of arrival, we will replace your item including all shipping costs.

WARRANTY & RETURNS

• Faulty items will be replaced within 14 working days.
• Any item needed to be returned for warranty purposes after 7 days, the postage cost is at purchaser’s expense in both ways (sending and receiving).
• We will not replace any item unless faulty or damaged item's has been received.
• Proof of purchase must accompany all Warranty service requests.
• 12-month Warranty back to Sydney warranty
