Stunning set of “Penny Black” cufflinks in hallmarked silver issued by The Royal Mint in 2001 to celebrate the Millennium.   Stamped  ‘RLH’  - the initials of R de L Holmes, Deputy Master & Chief Executive of The Royal Mint, Llantrisant, Wales.

The two together weigh approx. 13 grams.  The ‘stamp’ measures approx.. 17 mm x 13mm
