Quilt Kit - Low Tide - 95" X 95" Tonga Harbor Batik Quilt
Log cabins, chains and fans make this large quilt. FABRIC: The Tonga Harbor collection of batiks by Timeless Treasures features soothing hues of blues and browns with designs including geometric patterns, foliage, butterflies and dragonflies. All fabric is 100% cotton batik. Machine wash warm, mild detergent, non-chlorine bleach only, tumble dry low, use warm iron. Batik fabrics printed in Indonesia. The overall finished size of this quilt as seen in picture 1 is 95″ x 95″. The kit contains a purchased copy of the Low Tide pattern designed by Laureen Smith of Tourmaline & Thyme Quilts along with enough fabric to complete the quilt top and edge binding as shown in picture 1. Backing fabric and batting will need to be purchased separately. Batik fabrics in this kit are from the Tonga Harbor Batik collection by Timeless Treasures. Pictures 2 thru 10 show the fabrics included in this kit. There are no substituted fabrics in this kit. Skill Level: Intermediate 9 yards is recommended for the backing assuming a 44/45″ width (additional fabric may be needed if using directional print) along with an 105″ x 105″ piece of batting. Backing fabric and batting are NOT included in this kit. A little over 12-3/4 yards of fabric is included with the kit along with the pattern/instructions. NOTE: ALL FABRICS ARE PACKAGED IN THE SAME ORDER AS LISTED ON THE PATTERN SO YOU CAN KEEP THEM ORGANIZED USING YOUR FAVORITE METHOD!
