Featuring a soft yet sturdy cotton/polyester fabric, zippered waist and knee length style, it has been reworked with adornments of crochet hem panelling, raw ruffle floral fabrics in soft rayon and pleated cotton. Its the perfect OOAK cottage fairy core piece to add to your collection!
