Holzer Flow Meter Metal Powder Fluidity Tester Loose Density  Tester

• Description:
  The device is applicable to the standard funnel method for measuring the  density of the metal powder and the fluidity of the metal powder. The device can  freely flow through the powder whose pore diameter is 2.5mm standard funnel.

• Principle:
  The fluidity of the metal powder is indicated by the time required for the  50g metal powder to flow through the standard funnel of the prescribed aperture.

• Instrument structure:
  1. funnel (powder outlet diameter 5.0mm and 2.5mm)
  The hopper is made of brass material, in which the funnel angle is 60 degrees.
  
  Funnel hole: Phi 2.5 + 0.08mm, Phi 5 + 0.08mm
  
  2. support, base and receiver
  The bracket is used for fixing the funnel. The base is used for mounting  brackets and receivers. Please adjust the level, firm and free of vibration.  Adjust the height of the bracket and secure with a wrench and fit the funnel  onto the support. The receiver (stainless steel cup) is arranged on the base,  used to collect the powder flow
  
  3. Measuring cylinder
  The device is equipped with volume of 25ml cylinder (brass material ), the  cylinder diameter is phi 39mm.
  
  4. stop watch
  Measuring time can be accurate to 0.01s.
