The Stars at Sea quilt is made with pieced star blocks and background rectangles. The pattern recommends using the Creative Grids <a href="https://www.fabricutopia.com/product/creative-grids-quilt-ruler-6-flying-geese-45-90-degree-triangle/">CGRMSFG4590</a> 6" Flying Geese and 45/90 degree Triangle Ruler to cut all sky and goose triangles.FABRIC: Antique styled florals, medallions, and geometrics in a warm and rich palette will create quilts, apparel, and home décor accents that evoke a sense of timeless charm. ©Dan Morris100% cotton fabric. We carry several coordinating fabrics that can be purchased and shipped with your kit for your backing.Printed fabrics in this kit are from the Heirloom (designed by Dan Morris) and Quilting Illusions collections both by Quilting Treasures. Pictures 2 thru 9 show the pattern and fabrics included in this kit. There are no substitutions in this kit!Skill Level: Confident BeginnerThe pattern recommends 4-1/2 yards (pieced vertically) or 4 yards (pieced horizontally) of a coordinating 44/45" wide fabric for your backing along with a 68" x 80" piece of batting. Additional fabric could be needed if using a directional print or fabric design matching. Backing fabric and batting are NOT included in this kit.About 5-3/4 yards of fabric is included in this kit along with the pattern. NOTE: A fabric exchange sheet has been created and included with the pattern as the pattern was printed using a different fabric collection!
