We will refill your tube to produce the same output power achieved by the original manufacturer. All cavity optics, alignment and cleanliness will be checked as part of the process and in most cases would hope to turn the unit around within 5-10 working days. (Subject to workload and any spare parts required). We can replace all internal mirrors if required at an additional cost. 85 percent of the lasers that arrive just simply need recharges though.

If you live in the area you are welcome to drop off or visit us. Please use eBay messaging system. Please don't ask me for direct contact info. EBay's policy does not allow for this. We are a corporation in a 10,000 sq foot facility. Once a purchase is made, we are free to release all contact information. Please box your lasers rolled in bubble wrap. Please no peanuts or rigid foam, it just jams up in cooling fins and optics. Please include your Real Name and eBay user name in the box with the laser so we can match you up with your purchase and with our shipping department. And please include your shipping request and ship to address. We cover everything including electronics and offer a free evaluation. We will contact you and advise if you have any questions or concerns. The evaluation will tell us (and you) what your laser needs. Electronics repairs are available on most lasers for an additional charge.

This applies to CO2 scan head based and Plotter table systems. All too often we find that the Manufacturer on the outside of the system is not necessarily the manufacturer of the laser source. For plotter tables there are many manufacturers such as Universal, Gravograph, Hobart, Epilog, GCC, Trotec just to name a few but generally speaking they use the same sources from the same manufacturers, such as:-

We can offer our re-gas service for most makes and models. In addition for RF Excited systems we also offer a repair service for the RF Power supply units. This is available for most makes and models.
