We are specialized in testing, repairing and also refurbished PCBs. Our bespoke jigs, test all boiler manufacturer PCBs. All PCBs are handled with care and precaution, in order to function reliably, measuring all components on the critical parts of PCB circuits.
We also design and manufacture custom made PCBs, in hardware and embedded software.
We bring recycled, refurbished products into working order and offer them for reuse.
All parts ordered before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day, Friday orders will be delivered the next working day
Complete the return form and provide return reasons.
A 20% restocking fee is applied if returned items are not faulty.
If your part is lost or the incorrect item has been sent out, we will arrange a collection and issue the appropriate replacement.
Your refund will be processed via the original payment method.
When you find that the product is defective and you want to return the product to us, we request that you please fill out the return form and send the product back to our company within 1-2 business days. Your total shipping time is 30 days.
If the product you purchased from our company is returned due to another malfunction of your boiler, the returned product will be tested by the technical team, you will be provided with a video evidence showing that the product is working, and a 20% restock fee will be deducted. This will not apply if the product is defective.
Postage for return shipping belongs to our customer. You cannot make any requests regarding this situation. When sending back the mail, please ebay user, you must make sure your order number is in the product shipping box.
All our products are subject to 1 YEAR WARRANTY.
All warranty returns must be sent with a copy of the invoice and contact details.
Once received our engineers will test the part and if required one of our Customer Services specialists will contact you with an update.
Exclusions to warranty
Fans: Fan coils and motors failing due to boiler overheating will not be covered under warranty.
For Electronic parts such as Printed Circuit Boards (PCB): if the parts have experienced any water damage or external electrical shortage this will not be covered by warranty. Failures or defects caused by misuse.

Please be aware that we will repair your part, no part will be sent to you from us. An email will be sent to you confirming your order, please note that it will state that your order has been dispatched but no part at this point will be dispatched, please send your part to us for repair
How does this service works?
When purchasing this service, the customer is required to send the faulty part to us.
Once we have received the part, it will be inspected and tested by our engineers to assess any faults
If your part is in repairable condition, then we will repair this for you. If there are any issues, you will be contacted by our Customer Service Team Once repaired, we will send your part back to you
ADVANCE REPLACEMENT SERVICE
Upon selecting this service you are purchasing a DIRECT PART from us, but you have the option to send your old part to us for a partial refund.
This service will entitle you to a £30 refund only if::
Your old part is in a repairable condition
Your part is not burned, or water damaged beyond repair
We receive the part within 14 DAYS of the purchase
The customer is responsible for all postage and packaging costs.
The original invoice and contact details must be sent to us with the part to allow for a refund.
