These bowls are painted and sealed to the best quality, perfect for your fur babies for food and water and are great addition for Dogs, Puppies, Cats, Kittens, Rabbits, Guinea Pigs, etc!

Please ensure you add your pets name in the personalisation section. For the best outcome of your bowl names with less than 10 characters will be in a size that fits the bowls. We can accommodate for names with more characters than this, please be aware the more characters added the smaller the font will be on your bowl. Feel free to contact us regarding this and we can discuss this further. 

Once you have added your pets name, and popped your bowl choice in the basket, please leave a note to the seller, informing us of the font style you would like (available below).

 

Then pick the font colour you would like (Black, White, Red, Orange, Yellow, Blue, Green, Silver, Gold, Grey, Pink, Purple, Brown)

If you have not done so, we will attempt to contact you before posting your order to find out if you would like your bowls personalised or not and what you would like. We will wait a minimum of 24 hours for a response, if we do not hear from you, bowls will be sent based on our display picture (Black font, font 2). If there is no chosen name for the bowl and we have not heard from you, bowls will be sent plain.

We aim to contact you once, before allocating the chosen colour and font.

Inner Bowl: approx. 13.5cm

Outer Bowl: approx. 18cm x 4.4cm

Inner Bowl: approx. 19.5cm

Outer Bowl: approx. 25.5cm x 7cm

Inner Bowl: approx. 25.5cm

Outer Bowl: approx. 33.5cm x 7.6cm

All our bowls are made to order! These can take 3-5 working days as we are a part time small business. We aim to have orders sent out as quick as possible. If orders take any longer we will notify you.

All our pet bowls are to be hand washed only to ensure the longevity of the bowl. When washing, we advise to use a soft sponge. Any harsh materials used to wash the outer bowl can cause the personalisation to lift away after time.

All bowls that have been personalised are unable to be returned or be refunded.

Once a personalised order has been placed you are unable to cancel. This is due to orders being potentially processed within the same hour of purchase. Once made it is not refundable/returnable.

We will make an attempt to contact you via Ebay messaging in regards to your order. 

All our parcels are posted through Royal Mail, Yodel or Evri and can be tracked through your Ebay app.

We do ship Worldwide! All packages are tracked and signed when being delivered outside the UK. Please ensure you are aware of any custom charges you may be charged by your country. We are not liable for any custom charges you may receive.
