Model 613SH, 613 SH (Slim Fit model)

It's the most beautiful jacket I have ever seen.This was a gift, tried to lose weight to fit into it, but it's just too small for me. I have tried it on multiple times but never worn it outside. I still have the tag as shown. 

This is a relatively heavy item, so local pickup in NYC is available.
