These belt buckles have been stored in the personal collection of a NAPA/Regal Ride representative and company liaison for NASCAR in 1976 and 1977. They were likely swag handed out at races as they were kept with other NASCAR mementos which included personal photographs from victory lane of the 1976 World 600, 1977 NAPA 400, and a personal correspondence from the director of public relations of Charlotte Motor Speedway from 1976, to name a few.
