Benefits of Consuming Edible Bird's Nest:

Regular consumption of edible bird's nest has several beneficial effects. It helps to supplement nutritional substances, enhances one's immune system and resistance, and contributes to improving individual physical fitness. It also assists in regulating the growth of collagen in the body, making the skin tighter and more elastic. Additionally, it aids in achieving hydration and moisture retention, thereby improving the condition of dry skin.

Soaking Method: Add a suitable amount of hot water and soak for about 30 minutes before simmering. The bird's nest itself may have some impurities, which are actually pieces of bark that can be removed during soaking.

Consumption Method: Approximately 3 to 5 grams per person. It can be simmered separately with rock sugar or other ingredients for about 20 minutes. (If boiled for too long, the bird's nest will dissolve into water, but its nutrients will remain unchanged.)

Precautions: Edible bird's nest promotes blood circulation. It is not recommended for consumption by pregnant women, during the postpartum period, or during menstruation. Store in a sealed container in a cool place or refrigerate for up to 12 months.
