an original vintage 1938  " HAPPY " Doll. Made by the Knickerbocker Toy Company for Disney after the success of 

"SNOW WHITE & THE SEVEN DWARFS".

Knickerbocker made several different sizes. This Happy is 12" which i think is a bit more scarce that the other sizes.

I would say that he is in very good condition all around. some light stains here and there, the metal buckle has some oxidization. offering in "as found" condition and will leave any restoration up to you.

I also found a BASHFUL doll at the same sale. I'll be listing him shortly. check that out if you are so inclined.
