You are buying an Original vintage 1950's-60's Friction Tin N T Nakamura Toys Black & White Police Car. This Friction Tin Police Car is 3 1/4" long with a gold base.  In addition, the Friction motor works perfectly, with no wear on the tires, and a "NT Made in Japan" trademark on the rear driver's side panel.   The car came from an original box of friction cars that was marked "N T Nakamura" on the end. This N T Nakamura Police Car is NEW OLD STOCK and in Extremely Fine condition, with flea bites of nicks, however Grading is very subjective and I recommend you examine the photos carefully.    I guarantee this Friction Tin Police Car to be an original 1950's-60's vintage N T Nakamura Toy and NOT a replica, reproduction or repaint.
