In overall good condition.  It does have a stain under the skirt hem (won’t be seen) and it has been hemmed shorter with a blind hem (see last 2 pics)

Below are actual measurements; please compare them to something you own before purchasing.

Measurements:

• 19 1/4 In - Total Length - Side Top Waist down the side to end of leg.
• 30 3/8 in - Waist
• 18 3/4 in - Leg Opening (6 inch cut in rear to allow for a bigger opening)
