This vintage woven basket purse has the look of a picnic basket or a fishing creel. It has a wooden top, with rope handles and leather and brass hinges and hardware. The lining is a waterproof plastic type of material, with a tag that reads: Made in Japan. 

It is in excellent condition with only the lining showing some wear and separation. (See Pics)
