Your iPod is also under Warranty for 1 year (the first 30 days you call us) and on day 31 if you need to use the warranty you would be covered by Consumer Protection Service and will cover any manufacturer defects.  (A valued Partner of ours which has also been in business over 14 years). You will receive your warranty card in your package. It does not cover water, liquid or physical damage.
