Please ensure that you open the packaging immediately upon receipt, and carefully read through the instruction leaflet provided. It is not uncommon for some discolouration of the foliage to take place while the plants are contained in the dark during transit, but rest assured that the plants will return to their normal, healthy colour within a few days. Similarly, if on opening the package the plants appear to be limp, simply stand them in water and they will soon revive. Free returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase.
Please always message us through eBay first stating the reason of return, as in 90% of cases the issue is resolved.
This saves time, but also prevents plants from wilting/drying out due to long periods in transit.
