Firmware has been deprovisioned from this phone, you must have CUCM or CCME or some other Cisco VOIP infrastructure to provision them into your infrastructure. This is normal procedure for all cisco phones that have been cleared to factory default. The moment you power on the phone it will search for your CUCM / CCME infrastructure in order to download the right firmware.
