From A Classic Era.

A sound that transcends time.

THE NEXT GENERATION. FLINT V2

Flint is a new version of the tremolo effect that was used in vintage amps.

Flint features the shimmer of a vintage amp's tremolo circuit, high-quality and fantastic tremolo effects, and three different reverb algorithms,

It is equipped with three different reverb algorithms.

On the tremolo side, the '61 Harmonic Tremolo produces complex effects,

The muddy '63 power tube tremolo,

The tremolo side switches between the sharp and balanced '65 Photocell tremolo.

On the reverb side, you can switch between a classic '60s spring reverb and a creative '70s electro reverb,

the creative '70s electronic plate reverb, or the nostalgic '80s

or a nostalgic '80s rack reverb (hall type).

By fine-tuning the nine parameters, the tremolo and reverb character can be adjusted in great detail,

The reverb character can be controlled in great detail by fine-tuning nine parameters.

Sparkling splashes, pulsing echoes, and pulsating bluesy sounds,

ambient shimmer, gentle reverb pads, and more,

The sound makeup is truly versatile.

Each effect section has its own true-bypass on/off switch,

The inputs and outputs are all analog, and the Flint is a true bypass of the original.

The real thing beyond the real thing

Tremolo and reverb appeared in the early days of guitar effects.

The fascinating combination of these two was an ideal combination.

These effects were installed in the standard amps of the 1960s,

Early surf music, muddy southern American blues,

macaroni westerns, film noir soundtracks to modern indie rock,

From early surf music, southern blues, macaroni western, and film noir soundtracks to contemporary indie rock, they have graced countless records and performances.

As music has evolved, it has provided endless inspiration for artists.

The Flint is a studio-class quality pedal that replicates this combination.

The popular and classic tremolo and reverb circuits have been thoroughly investigated,

The Flint is a studio-class, high-end pedal that reproduces the complex layers and nuances of sound,

Sound design.

Harmonic Tremolo - A Unique Rarity.

Harmonic Tremolo,

The harmonic tremolo is a rare type of tremolo that was only used on tube amps in the early 1960s.

It featured a two-band filter effect with alternating emphasis on the low and high frequencies.

The result is a smooth phaser-like due to the alternating emphasized frequencies,

The result is a gentle pulsing tremolo effect with alternating frequencies.

The '63 Power Tube Tremolo - Totally Tubular.

Power tube tremolo,

The LFO signal directly interferes with the bias of the push-pull output stage.

When the LFO is connected to the bias, the bias current to the power tube goes up and down, causing the gain to go up and down.

This alternation creates the tremolo effect.

The tremolo volume approaches zero,

Crossover distortion occurs at the moment the vacuum tube stops operating.

Conversely, harmonic distortion occurs as it approaches maximum volume.

The power drop at maximum output also affects the bias point of the power tubes.

All of these factors all intertwine to create the "dirty" sound of the tremolo.

'65 Photocell Tremolo - Get To The Chopper.

The Photocell Tremolo is a faithful reproduction of the Photocell Tremolo used in American amps of the mid-60s.

The photocell tremolo is a faithful reproduction of the photocell tremolo used in mid-60s American amps.

The photocell tremolo uses an LDR (Light Dependent Resistor) to control the level of the input signal,

LDR (Light Dependent Resistor) to control the level of the input signal.

The LDR is used in combination with a bean bulb connected to the LFO.

When the LFO oscillates, the light intensity of the bean bulb changes, changing the resistance of the LDR.

This change in resistance and impedance affects the signal level,

violently changes between both levels like a square wave,

This produces a "hard" tremolo sound.

Sixties Spring Reverb - Sixties Surf.

The spring reverb is a reproduction of a full-size two-spring tank used in vintage amplifiers.

The spring reverb replicates the full-size two-spring tanks used in vintage amplifiers.

The spring tanks produce different delay times, and the reverb has a complex, smooth reverberant sound,

The spring tanks produce different delay times, creating a complex, smooth reverberation and the reverb's characteristic frequency response.

A vacuum tube circuit is used for the inputs and outputs to the springs,

The electrical signal is converted to a mechanical signal that shakes the spring, and then converted back to an electrical signal,

The system converts the electrical signal into a mechanical signal that shakes the spring, and then converts it back into an electrical signal again.

The plate reverb of the 1970s - Sound Of The Seventies.

The electronic plate reverb was the first digital reverb to be created,

The Electronic Plate Reverb is a faithful reproduction of the first digital reverb ever created.

This amazing piece of hardware is a parallel array of multiple delay lines,

Each delay had multiple outputs, with the filter signal being returned to the input.

The result is a multiple parallel output tap that produces

The result is a rich, smooth sound that is quick to produce dense reverberation in a short period of time,

The result is a rich, smooth sound.

The Hall Reverb of the 80s - Totally Eighties.

The Hall Rack Reverb,

Nostalgic late-'80s rack reverb.

The Hall Rack Reverb reproduces the nostalgic rack-type digital microprocessor reverb of the late 1980s.

Back then, with limited processing power,

Delay and full bandpass filter,

The reverb sound was created with an efficient series loop of a delay & full bandpass filter, and a low-pass filter.

The delay line could be modulated to increase the density of the reverb,

warmth to the sound.

This whole reverb is after the early reflections,

The Hall Reverb is characterized by a dense reverb that slowly builds up after the early reflections.

Effect Order function - Switch Things Up.

In addition to the reverb-tremolo arrangement, as in vintage tube amps, you can also switch things up by placing the tremolo before the reverb,

Flint has a very detailed tone and a very detailed reverb.

Flint has an EQ that allows you to change the front and back arrangement of the reverb and tremolo for precise tone control.

Flint has a secondary function, Effect Order, which allows you to change the arrangement of the reverb and tremolo before and after the reverb for precise tone control.

This setting can be accessed from the secondary function in Live Edit and can be saved for each preset.

● Pre-Delay function - Add Some Space.

Pre-Delay allows you to adjust the time it takes for the reverb signal to start,

The Pre-Delay function, which allows you to adjust the time before the reverb signal starts, is now available as a secondary function in Live Edit.

This delay time can be saved for each preset.
