This set of USPS Universal Studio Classic Monsters set from 1997. This set includes 4 Pens with 'stamp' erasers which include Frankenstein, Phantom, Mummy and Dracula. There is also a set of 5 Pencils which feature the monster stamps. This set has been stored away since 1997, never used or put on display.
