I use acrylic paint for my mandala stones and rock painting. Then I finish off with a gloss vanish to protect the stone.

These blank stones are moulded with plaster of Paris.

The bottom of stones may have little air bubbles that are natural when pouring your own stones. They do not effect the finish product. You can also give them a light sanding with fine sand paper.
