This is a sheet of 16 T-Rex postage stamps from USPS. They are Forever stamps from 2019 and have been stored in a smoke-free home. They are glossy and when you rotate them and see them from a different viewpoint, there are features that change in the eyes and inside of the dinosaur's mouth, for example. A very cool design.
