Once bought please email with your contact phone number for delivery purposes Item comes with a 30 day warranty. All parts are stamped & removal of the marks will invalidate your warranty. Please inspect all goods before signing to ensure the item has not been damaged in transit. If the courier refuses simply write DAMAGED and then sign. This is to ensure that if necessary, a claim can be made against the courier company. If goods prove to be damaged do not sign & contact SOUTHEAST AUTO PARTS immediately. In the event that a part is supplied and proven to be incorrect or faulty, SOUTHEAST AUTOPARTS must be notified within 48 hours. Collection can then be arranged; if a replacement is not available then a full refund will be offered but we cannot cover labour.
In the event that a part is supplied correctly but the customer had made an error, SOUTHEAST AUTOPARTS must be contacted immediately and the part returned to us within 7 days at the cost of the customer. Delivery will not be refunded and a 20% fee will then be charged. We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque. All items are packed to the highest standard possible, please check items before signing for them. We try to dispatch items the same day if ordered before 1pm unless we contact you to state other wise. Most parts are dispatched the next working day.

Payment method via ebay is accepted via Paypal, Credit or Debit card, Bank transfer and Cash on collection of goods.
Shipping
We offer next working day delivery all all items to Mainland UK using TNT EXPRESS for all items, unless large pallets which we will be using Salvatori who work along side Palletways.

All doors and bootlids/tailgates are strictly collection only items unless you arrange your own courier, if your item requires packing there is a £10 packing charge to be paid, also any damage caused by your courier we will not be liable for.
We do work alongside ebay with the ebay global shipping programme to send items worldwide.

Terms
All parts supplied by SOUTHEAST Autoparts Ltd are covered by a 30 day warranty unless stated otherwise, the warranty covers the part/parts only and not any labour charges. All parts supplied are either marked or stamped and removal or tampering of these markings will not be covered by the warranty.

If you sign for the item and it is damaged we cannot make any claim with the courier company. If on inspection the goods are damaged please do not sign for it and contact as soon as possible.
If you have ordered a part incorrectly then you must return at your own cost and we will to supply you with the correct part, If we cannot supply you with a replacement then we will issue a refund with a 20% handling fee. You must contact us within 48 hours first before returning and this must be done within 14 days of receiving the part/parts.
Returns
As per ebay t&c's we have a 30 day returns policy that also falls inline with our 30 day warranty period.
It is our policy to firstly replace incorrect or faulty items before we refund.
Please note that to avoid the "trial and error" repair method, ECU's and all other electrical items will be on exchange or have a credit against them.
If a customer has ordered incorrectly it is their responsibility to send back either via special or recorded delivery so therefore it will then have a tracking number and require a signature. Proof of postage is not the same as proof of delivery.

For all items to be returned under any circumstances, it is the customers responsibilty to keep them in a safe environment and to return them in the same condition they were supplied.
Orders cancelled after dispatch will also have a 20% handling/restocking fee and any returns postage cahrges are to be paid by the customer and are non-refundable.
