Made in the USSR for furniture racks for radio audio equipment of the VEF Riga plant, RADIOTEHNIKA, Soviet Latvia, USSR in the 80s. Mounted on the bottom of the furniture. The material of the platform is steel, the holder for the wheels is duralumin (casting), the wheels are made of plastic.
