2008 Promo 8" Coca Cola Can Bank
 
This is brand new and in NM - shape. It has been in storage since 2008. 

What makes a promo or preproduction item? There are a couple differences.  The first is the UPC is not the same as the retail item. You will notice that a new UPC covered the original. The second is that in the 4th picture it just says Coke on the bottom. The retail version has going up by the seam All rights Reserved 

Though it is new it does have a couple minor defects.  There is a pock mark on the one side. It is very small. I took a close up of it.  It also has a couple recesses in the tin. They are not dents. I tried to take a close up of it but you can't really see them.
